Ingrediates
- Firm Tofu
- 2 TBsp tamari
- 4 TBsp arrow root (or other gluten free starch)
- 1 Tsp salt
- 4 cups water
Step 1: Prepare the tofu
- Rinse tofu
- Cut the tofu into cubes
- Place cubes into a pot with 1tsp salt and 4 cups water
- Bring to boil.
- Cover and boil for 2-3 min
- Strain the tofu and let cool
- Put tofu on towel to dry
Step 2: Fry the tofu
- Put 2 TBsp arrow root on plate
- Beat an egg in a separate bowl
- Put tofu in a bowl and cover with 2 TBsp of tamari.
- Cover tofu with half the egg and coat tofu
- Place the tofu on the plate with starch. Or slowly add the starch to the egg and tofu.
- If on the plate put more starch on top of tofu
- Fill the bottom of a small pan with oil. Fry both sides of the tofu.
- Put tofu paper towel after frying is complete.

- Fry garlic
- Add veggies
- Add tofu
- Season
