- 1 lemon
- 1 TBsp Apple Cider vinegar (note you can use either/or/both the lemon and vinegar)
- Garlic cloves – smash and add with skins
- 2 Tsp tumeric
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
- Ginger – slice or grate
- 2 Tsp salt
- Onion
- Herbs (whatever you have – Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano
