Saffron Rice

  1. 1/8 tsp powdered saffron
    • Grind saffron in a bowl
  2. 1/2 cup boiling water
  3. 2 Tbsp butter
    • melt on medium high heat
  4. 1 cup rice
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. Instructions
    • satay rice in butter until opaque
    • combine boiling water with stock
    • add saffron water
    • add cinamon
